This is our pay-for-performance model, which means you will only be billed a placement fee if a candidate we've introduced and represented to your company for hire accepts your offer of employment and starts day 1 on the job. If we are not successful in placing someone during the hiring engagement, you owe us nothing.  Put simply, we carry all the upfront risks and costs that go into attracting and securing the most qualified candidate(s) you'd like to hire. Further, we offer a placement guarantee on all successful engagements.

Our retained search option is used for highly strategic and/or confidential search engagements. This model is broken down into three phases of delivery and billables. 

Phase 1 : Initial consultation where we discuss the scope of the role, search perimeters, and agree upon delivery timelines.

Phase 2: Presentation of initial shortlist of qualified candidate profiles for interviews.

Phase 3: Offer negotiation and acceptance.
